Hi-Barre is an exercise system that was carefully crafted through fitness, yoga, and dance along with anatomy. We are committed to developing safe, effective and low-impact workouts that will have you feeling leaner, longer, and stronger in no time. 

How does it work

Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and weighted balls, you will be engaged in an energizing combination of exercises unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretching with an emphasis on posture and alignment.  All this, set to a kick ass playlist! You’ll feel the Hi-Barre burn and leave with a rewarding endorphin high.
